A new collaboratively developed public database focused on laws and regulations applicable to the provision of abortion services, created by the Guttmacher Institute, Resources for Abortion Delivery (RAD), Policy Surveillance Program of the Center for Public Health Law Research, American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), Center for Reproductive Rights (CRR), National Abortion Federation (NAF), and Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA) are excited to launch. This comprehensive aggregation of state abortion laws explores state-level statutes and regulations, in effect as of December 1, 2018, across all 50 states and Washington D.C.
